Therefore, DLF Limited started purchasing lands outside Delhi in NCR regions, mainly in Gurgaon, that come under the control of Delhi Development Authority at very low cost. This has helped DLF greatly to set the first landmark project, DLF Qutab Enclave which is now popularly known as DLF City. Sprawling on area over 3,000 acres, DLF City is an premium class integrated township that comprise of commercial, retail and residential properties in a up-to-date infrastructure with shopping malls, hotels, schools etc. This world class residential project is designed with some other captivating features including, impressive DLF Golf Course and Country Club where night golfing facilities are available.
